Based in North Wales, their events attract thousands of competitors and spectators each year, and they pride themselves on professionalism, sustainability, and seamless organisation.
For nearly a decade, Always Aim High Events has trusted Rawson Digital to provide reliable printing solutions to support their operations—both in their original office in Llangefni and now at their brand new headquarters in Llanberis.

The Challenge

Although Always Aim High Events doesn’t operate at the same scale as some of the larger corporations we work with, their need for reliable print solutions is no less critical. Their printing supports a wide range of essential tasks—from event logistics and documentation, to communications with local residents, businesses, and stakeholders.
As the company prepared to relocate to their new premises in Llanberis, they wanted to upgrade their existing printer to a faster, more efficient device, without disruption to their operations. They also wanted the move to be hassle-free, with no need to handle equipment logistics or disposal themselves.

Our Solution

To support the transition, Rawson Digital supplied and installed a Ricoh IM C4500 multifunction printer at their new site in Llanberis. This high-performance device is well-suited to the volume and variety of printing required by Always Aim High Events, including scanning, copying, and the added document finishing features.

We arranged the full delivery and setup, ensuring the new machine was fully operational from day one at their Llanberis office. To make the move easier, we also collected their old device from their Llangefni site—removing any stress or additional coordination on their part.
As with all our customers, Always Aim High Events benefit from our proactive maintenance, fast response times, and expert support whenever it’s needed—although in their case, callouts are rare due to the reliability of their equipment and setup.
