October 2015 – Ricoh Corporation today announced it has been named the “Best Manufacturer” of the year by THE CANNATA REPORT, published by Marketing Research Consultants LLC.
The award is based on responses to The Cannata Report’s 30th Annual Dealer Survey, where 280 dealers provided feedback on which manufacturer they believe offers the best products – everything from desktop devices and MFPs to continuous feed inkjet and digital presses. It comes on the heels of Ricoh being recognized for the previous two years as “Best MFP Manufacturer” of the year.
“We posed three questions addressing production print in our most recent survey,” said Frank Cannata, President, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of The Cannata Report. “More Ricoh dealers (80%) who claimed they were involved in production print indicated movement of the greatest number of different models from a single manufacturer than any other, including Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp and Toshiba.”
